Freddy
She specializes in teaching others about assertive communication--with emphasis on how men and women's physiology impacts how they communicate with others, the success of their relationships, and their health in regards to stress management. She has her masters in counseling and she is a former Marine Corps combat engineer officer and Naval Academy graduate. She has worked at elementary and high schools and in mental health and substance abuse outpatient clinics. In the past she has volunteered and helped military families during deployments. She uses solution focused brief therapy and believes strongly in empowering whomever she works with to find solutions within their own experiences or learn new skills to help them live more fulfilled lives. She strongly believes in teaching skill-based programs that have a focus on measurable results which assess their effectiveness to actually work.
